Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

"We ordered almost $200 of food for a birthday party. I used the app to place the order the night before and I was impressed with the number of catering style options in the app, and how easy it was to customize the order. I picked a time to pick it up the next day. I got a text message about ten minutes ahead of the time I chose with a link to input which spot I was parked in. Within 5 minutes of using the link, two people were at my car, ready to load the food. It was packed really well (no leaks and the food looked super fresh). We were able to just unpack it and lay everything out buffet style. I appreciated that the noodles, sauce and broccoli were packed separately from each other because it allowed people to personalize their plate and kept the noodles from absorbing all of the sauce. By far the best to go service I've had in a really long time."

"Went in today to be seated and wait over 10 minutes without even drink order being taken. Saw people seated after receiving their drinks this is with the call server on and manager walking by several times. We got up and left and went to Longhorn to get much better service. Very disappointing, especially seeing as how I have a gift card that is now trash as I will not return. Total waste of time. Can't rate the food as the service wasn't good enough to even order food. I would give zero if possible. Go to Michigan road or greenwood for olive garden"

"Being a chain restaurant it was everything you would expect. Food was fresh and hot brought out fast and with good service. Tables seemed a bit close and sever eventually disappeared toward the end of the meal but we paid for our bill on the tablet so no harm done. Good family restaurant experience."

"Okay Olive Garden Avon! I saw the reviews from longtime customers about the new renovations and change of service, food and atmosphere. Well in my humble opinion……I CONCUR! Parking lot was packed, but just like the reviews said, “Don’t let that discourage you. We waited about 5 min ( no more than 10) to be seated. We got a nice little booth for two in a full room of diverse couples and families with children. Wasn’t the best choice for a couple trying to be romantic, but hey, it’s a public restaurant. The food was delicious and the service from Lauren was A+. (Very attentive and on point) If you’ve never been here or it’s been a while, check em’ out, you won’t be disappointed!"

"Very good food!! They renovated the inside, new decorations, tables, chairs, etc. The service was excellent!! Our server was very attentive to what we needed and she was always one step ahead!! This used to be a "mid" Italian restaurant in my opinion but I believe it has surpassed that rating! The food, service, and atmosphere have really improved into a fine dining restaurant! 11/10 I recommend the new olive garden!!!"
