"Every chip was like I was a farm animal licking a salt block, the dude behind the counter couldn't make eye contact with me after the disrespectful amount of chicken he gave me. I dropped one of my 5 pieces of chopped chicken on the floor unfortunately my bowl became a veggie bowl. For $11.61 for only a bowl with no drink, I feel ripped off."
"We had takeout from here last night. I discovered that the lids weren't on well on our plates, we were missing our chips and we were given a water in place of the milk that we ordered. When my wife and I got back to the restaurant, we explained the situation and were told for online orders they had been giving water bottles in place of milk since they were out of milk. I normally wouldn't have an issue with something like that, but they didn't tell me that when I picked up. In addition to that, they gave us the chips and it was maybe 1/3 of the bag full. My wife then explained we ordered a large chip and the guy helping us out had to replace the container of chips to give us more. There wasn't any care about our inconvenience driving back out and I really didn't appreciate the lack of concern. Food was pretty good but service last night was definitely lacking."
"My husband and I are always trying to order online qdoba for pickup hoping they can get it right. Every single time we do we have items missing from our order constantly. Tonight I had a bowl missing several items even printed on the receipt so they blatantly did not put the items in. I was missing, sour cream, guac, tortilla trips, and Cojita cheese. They also threw some sort of seasoning that tastes like I’m eating grass. See pic below. When I called to talk with the manager he was SO RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. Told me they had a line out the door and were doing the best they could. While I understand busy I don’t understand how we pay for items that aren’t included in our meal price. When he refunded the order after asking what he could do with an attitude I said thank you and he hung up on me. Qdoba is never getting our business again. He could’ve handled that so much better. I don’t know what kind of managers they are hiring but not it’s not mature adult ones. Absolutely disgusted."
