Pizza Hut

"Waited 5 maybe 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter. The lady just looked at me and I ended up saying I have a pick up. Again doesn’t say anything and turned around. Come back rude and acted like I know my pizza wasn’t done. When was it was done no one communicated it. So it just sat up there. Until she was ready to figure out whose it was. Make it all the way home for the pizza to not being cooked all the way. The only great part of the meal was the wings. Also didn’t get cheese not a big problem I’ll just call up there and get my 3 dollars back. The lady on the phone again the same lady that helped me answers so rude! She told me should would just credit me 5 dollars and I told her I didn’t want that because we probably won’t be back. For her to get nasty over the phone about how she can’t do that. To call back for the GM tomorrow at 10. Then Hung up on me! I have never had this happy at this location. They always have sweet teenagers working and will tell you when you walk in if something is out. Sad to say we will not be back. Hopefully no one else got the same experience but from watching she was rude to everyone that walked in there."

"Order delivery of 4 pizzas and 2 orders of breadsticks. An hour later I drove to the location to pick it up because I thought they had no drivers. Some DoorDasher took my food and never delivered it. They offered $40 instore credit for a $80 order that "disappeared"...just do yourself a favor and forget they exist."

"Absolutely horrific service. Ordered a meal last night, waited about 2 hours for it to arrive to then get a call that they closed for the night. Then again today, we ordered a meal, scheduled for delivery in 35 minutes. After over 2.5hours, we call the restaurant and they blame DoorDash. We did not order through DoorDash, and we paid Pizza Hut a delivery fee. They say Door Dash hasn't come pick up our food. So they left our meal to sit for 2 hours on heaters and didn't think to call. Upon hearing this, we were told the pizza was "still good". Which it wouldn't have been. Incredibly sad service, can't comment on the food. Don't go here."

"Don't waste your time or money. We haven't ordered from this restaurant for some time due to previous poor experiences. We decided to give it one more try. Big mistake. We ordered on line with ease and that's were the one star comes from. Estimated time for prep, bake, and delivery was 45 minutes. More than an hour and half later, our food was delivered by a dasher cold. We attempted to call the restaurant 5 times to find an update on our order. No one answered everytime we tried. At 20 plus dollars per pizza it is definitely not worth your time or money. Find another place to enjoy."

"DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! We ordered a large supreme pizza for $26. One mushroom cut up, hardly any green pepper and you could count the thinly sliced pepperoni slices. The crust was dry and hard as a rock. Never again would I consider ordering from this place"
