"Food was not as expected and sloppy this is the second time in a month that not all components of my burrito were in it and it was falling apart. The service is excellent I just think a bit more time could be spent on getting an order correct VS getting orders out fast."

"Ray was phenomenal! She was one of only 3 employees working this evening and there were easily 10+ cars in the drive thru consistently, in addition to at least 5-6 parties waiting in the lobby. She remained calm, cool and collected. My daughter and I hung out and waited for our food, it did take longer than expected but we can’t complain when only 3 employees were working. They were doing their best and trying to fulfill the orders, in addition to door dash orders as quick as they could. I felt it was important to share she was doing the best she could when quite a few people were frustrated due to the wait. She didn’t get upset or flustered, many people would in her situation! Ray, thank you, you were very kind. She deserves a raise!"

"I'm not one to rate fast food restaurants but I think this location deserves it. From reading other reviews I must be getting lucky but every time I come to this taco bell location (drive thru) there are long lines but never much of a wait. They always get my food order correct and don't make a big deal if I ever forget to add something to my order. The food is obviously what you'd expect from fast food but you can tell it wasn't just thrown together badly; they at least seem to kinda care about presentation here. And lastly, when i have come here late night, they're actually open and still taking orders unlike others who claim the "system is down." This review is really just to say this location is run better than most of the taco bells around."

"Absolutely awful. First off they didn’t even have seasoning for the nacho fries so we got plain fries and then barely gave us any cheese in either of the cups we got with the fries. I asked for no tomatoes on my nacho fry “nachos” and it had them and it’s supposed to come with guac but didnt. Our soft tacos were so sad and neither had much meat on them. And on top of that my husbands NACHO FRY BURRITO had literally 1 fry and black beans when I asked for none. I’m usually pretty forgiving but literally every item was messed up in some way. I even placed an online order so how? Going to call tomorrow since it’s midnight and explain what happened cause this is ridiculous."
