"So disappointed in this store I noticed I put wrong address for delivery my mistake I get it, I called the store when I noticed the driver was in route (with enough time to make address adjustments because I was at work bout 2 miles from the store) the chick who answered the phone told me they couldn’t change the delivery nothing they could do about it and ended the call. I called and asked could the driver just take the food back to the store and I’ll pick it up when I get off she told me it was already dropped off which wasn’t true because I have a camera at my door the food had not been delivered yet the driver aimeee left my food outside in the snow didn’t call or do anything I’m highly pissed. I ALSO ASKED FOR THE ASSOCIATES NAME WHO TOLD ME SHE COULDNT CONTACT THE DRIVER TO TELL HER TO HOLD MY FOOD SHE WOUODNT GIVE HER NAME . I am a regular customer who always tips and has never had an issue until now when this worker could’ve called the driver and stopped the delivery but she didn’t. Where’s my refund ??"

"They had to remake one of our pizzas because they lost the toppings when it came out of the oven. We had to wait an extra 10 minutes or so. They have decent pizza for the price. When we want a cheap meal that we don't have to cook ourselves, we get Domino's."

"So I have five stars for service food and atmosphere, then why give it 3 stars over all? I’ll tell ya, because I order six times and get a free pizza, however, I still have to have a $16 (or better) minimum order to get delivery! So I’m still spending almost $20 just so I can have it delivered. Even though all my orders are delivery! Food is awesome and the service is great but to make some one still pay $16 just to get a free pizza that they’ve earned fair and square is a bit much!"

"Fast delivery. Courteous staff. But they ALWAYS mess up my order. I always order a vegetarian pizza and they always sprinkle bacon on it. It's getting ridiculous to the point I think they are doing it on purpose."
