"i finally got a chance to visit this store today and it was a fantastic experience after looking around for a minute with my daughter, Jesse greeted me and started talking to me. my interaction with him is easily the best interaction i have ever had with a salesperson. he asked questions, he offered help and he genuinely seemed to want to share this hobby with me i didn't buy anything today because im just now checking out the hobby but i will 10000% be back and spending money soon. my interaction with him has made me a customer for life the store was also in great condition. clean, organized, and easy to find things if i could give this store 100 stars, i would i attached a photo of some things he gave me while in the store. he even gave a model for my daughter to assemble"

"I decided to make my first visit here to see what this hobby was all about. Well stocked store to resource both the beginner and seasoned Warhammer hobbyist. However, the thing that stood out the most was the level of customer service I received. I would give it 6 stars if I could. As a result, I walked out of there with a huge starter kit and knowledge that most hobby store workers don’t bother to learn or teach. Keep up the good work guys, you have a customer for life here."
