"I visited Upsurge in Decatur today with my 3 small children. Our first pleasant experience was with the girl who checked us in, I didn't get her name but she was so kind and genuine. Then our second experience that impressed me was when 2 of my children were on something they weren't suppose to be and the gentleman working the jumping area politely asked my children to get off. Which was perfectly fine. As my 3 year old was exiting the place she wasn't suppose to be she fell and was seemingly hurt. As I checked her out he stayed by me to assure she was okay and offered to get an ice pack for her. After a few minutes she was fine and went back to playing. But he stayed for what seemed like forever of her crying. Later on he stopped to ask if she was doing okay. I really appreciated his attitude and kindness in that moment. Taking 3 kids to a trampoline park is no easy feat, and any sliver of kindness from another can help a mother out more than they know. So young man, thank you for being a good man. Thank you Upsurge for your wonderful employees! I can't wait to bring them back."
"We love this place! Our daughter has so much fun, and there's so much space later in the day. It's clean and open. The signage is clear, and the equipment is well maintained as far as the appearance goes. No food or drinks are allowed in the trampoline room, which makes complete sense. There is an area for that, and it is sectioned off."
"What an awesome place to take the kids! It's my favorite place to take my little girl on her playdates. She and her friends never want to leave! Everything is so clean and safe. And the employees are really nice, even when it's busy and stressful. Highly recommend!"
