"Updating my review: UpSurge is still a fun and convenient place to go. We had my son's birthday party here. We did the basic package and it was a blast. They even clean up the room for you afterwards. My children were all pleased, especially the birthday boy. The staff is still polite and very accommodating. Can't go wrong with this place. My children have a blast when going to Upsurge! The facility is clean, kid and family friendly. They have a very respectful and polite staff. The prices are reasonable. We will definitely continue going."

"Love the atmosphere. I've got a 2 year old who loves to jump and he loves the dodge balls they have there. Except he doesn't play dodgeball. He just wants to carry it around with em. Lol the staff didn't say a word about the balls not being in a certain area(which I'm sure weren't allowed). Instead they just let em play. 5 stars"
