"One waitress/hostess and one cook. We waited at least 4 minutes before she seated us and by then we had a more people behind us waiting to be seated. After seating us, we waited and waited and waited for her to take our drink order and then waited and waited and waited some more for her to take our order and watched her take 4 more orders before putting in our order. All the customers were being treated rudly. We decided to cancel our order and when we tried to pay for our coffee and diet coke, the waitress got rude and told us to leave and have a "Happy New Year" Management needs to hire more people, properly train and pay them a fair wage so they might do a better job and stay."
"This establishment consistently fails to meet customer’s needs. Service is horrible. The waitress/cashier had an indifferent attitude and complained about the lack of staff to help her. A simple breakfast order took over 45 minutes to be served and was cold despite only 4 seated customers. To add insult to injury, when I tried to pay the bill, at the register, I was informed that the credit card machine was down and only cash accepted. When asked why a notice was not posted, the waitress said she did not have time."
"Food was fresh and hot! Hard to beat the fries with some of the best ranch sauce around! They have some new onion rings...Awesome! We come here just for the ranch alone! Today's breakfast was the best I've had at this location. The Secret: Burgers are the way to go, when it comes to Denny's. Service was good today but not like always, if busy. The atmosphere is just Denny's... nothing special, but clean. Need larger TVs!"
"This was a really good Denny's and I was excited to see it was 24 hours. So many of them are not anymore. I got the Alaskan Salmon dinner and it was excellent. Service was very good as well. This will be one of my go to places in the future."
"Overall, decent. Food was good & quick, and the service was good, if just missing some of the "basics." Eg, no checkback. Also.. How does a short order cook give out, in good conscience, a piece of "toast" with four molecules of butter on it? Fortunately I plan for this strangely all-too-common happenstance by asking in advance for extra butter on the side."
