"Had problems in drive through where they couldn’t hear me right and instead of saying I can’t hear you. They rudely told us told pull to the next window, the manager Alfredo took my card without even acknowledging us and was incredibly rude. They got my food wrong cause they couldn’t hear me and I didn’t know they couldn’t hear me. Definitely will be going to biggby coffee from here on out. There’s no reason for rudeness when there’s nobody in your drive through I’ve worked customer service for years and am a manager. He had no reason to act like that."
