"I just came through the drive thru and got a large batch of concrete fries. I understand that they were busy, but you can just throw burnt fries in the bag. I won’t be going back for awhile"
"1000 will never come back. Easiest order 2 junior Bacon CHEESE burgers and drink. Both burgers cold NO CHEESE on either. I call speak to Amy ask for refund bringing 1 and half burgers back. She gives refund for 1 burger lmao not even in Chicago are customers handled in that manner. Keep the money and never again"
"It was a long day and didn't feel like cooking, went to this location and ordered dinner for 4 (spent over $60+), waited 10+ minutes for the food to come out and when it did the young lady stated they didn't have the meat ready so, everything was cooked fresh. Got home to eat it, the fries tasted as if they were reheated and the burger was cold. Called to speak to the manager and she stated that she was training new employees that night and she wasn't the one who took the order (as if who took my order mattered) Anyways, when I refused to return the order she rudely asked "well what do you want me to do about it?" I simply said to do better and this manager lost her mind. She started screaming into the phone LOL. Is this how they are training their new employees? I wouldn't recommend this location until they hire a new manager that can handle constructive criticism. I will not be back to this location and I would give ZERO stars if I could!!!"
"Food was perfectly good and staff were kind. No ketchup in the dispenser and half the Frosty flavors weren't available. None of the prep team wore gloves (seriosly!) and this should be a big red flag for management. On that alone, probably OK to skip this Wendys."
"Amazing service and environment the staff was over the top friendly and the ambience of the remodel is superb... climate was comfy and bathrooms were clean. Food was 100% correct and fresh. The app gave great offers."
