"This place went downhill fast. The last 4 times we went, they mess up the order and we have to drive back to correct it. When we ask for what we paid for there’s usually an attitude from the gentlemen working there like it was our fault. Half the time they don’t have donuts, the other half of the time the food is clearly from yesterday."

"This Dunkin' is terrible. I've never had an order with more than one item filled correctly. I rarely go to any Dunkin' in the last year or two - the food is just gross and coffee mediocre. Not sure why I tried again today, but after yet another messed up order it will be a looooong while coming back."
"Was going to get icecream at 8:30 and it says that close at 9. The rude girls were looking through the window and making faces. Even one was making hand gestures like they were going to flip us off. Most unprofessional place ever. They honestly need to fire everyone and get a new staff. This isn’t my first bad encounter there."
