"Ordered a shaken espresso with no whip or cold foam topping. This drink was entirely ice, and lasted for maybe 4 sips before it was empty. I understand the espresso needs to be made cold, but there’s no reason for this much ice to take up space in the cup. Really disappointing to pay $7 and not be able to enjoy it."

"It’s Sunday afternoon, I get it. But to be out of every single hot food item is disappointing. Left with only bakery items to choose from, they must also be out of parchment/wax paper because after heating these items and placing them in the paper bags, there wasn’t much left of a donut and top of a blueberry muffin that wasn’t stuck to the paper and inedible. Not ideal when a donut is $3 and muffin $4. You may as well mark bakery items out of stock if you can’t bag them."
