"Livio's is the charming neighborhood restaurant we need. My husband and I have always had enjoyable experiences with the very sweet waitresses and we always have a filling and affordable meal. The ambiance is "old school", and I think that's what makes it feel a little special when we go there for date night. His favorite is the special steak with the dipping butter, (even though he's a porterhouse guy, this steak is his go-to at Livios), and the dish I can't get enough of is the mushroom ravioli. Bread and salad to start with a generous meal has always left us pleased. Whether you're sitting on the bar side or in the dimly lit dining room, you'll be comfortable and probably have a great time!"
"Great food, though all we had was spaghetti and Oysters Rockefeller. Had the creamy garlic salad dressing and some portions were very strong. But salad was good once you mixed dressing with the greens. Waitress was very cordial and did her job well. Will definitely go back again."
"Oyster rocks and calamari were good starters. I got the rigatoni al forno, everyone liked that. The filet and stuffed shrimp was a great choice by both the kidpleasant. Was cooked nicely. I did get a bite and it was delicious. Mom got the stuffed shrimp too. My chowder was chunky and hot. They must of had split pea recently because the bottom side of my spoon had some green paste stuck to the bottom. Kathy our server was plesant."
