"I’m writing to commend a Rosati’s assistant manager who, on the evening of 28 January 2024, demonstrated character rare in today’s business-place. The individual in question fairly and equitably resolved a dispute, thereby preserving my patronage of this characteristically-excellent pizza joint. It’s gratifying to know customer loyalty remains acknowledged and appreciated by some restaurants."
"Used to be a regular customer but will not be any longer. Calzone was not cooked, the dough inside was raw, the wings were soggy and the pizza was hard. Worst meal ever from there. Called to tell them and they said they needed pictures, like I was not being honest. I was not asking for anything. Not a refund, replacement food…nothing. Just wanted to let them know there was an issue. I was made to feel that the owners do not care and all they could say is they want pictures. It is policy or they would not believe something’s was wrong? They lost three families of customers with this one meal and now no one will spend money in the St John store. Not a very professional experience"
"Pizza was not cooked correctly. Arrived cold with cold bread sticks. Said it was an hour and a half delivery time and left the store an hour before delivery. No wonder it was cold. Charged a $5 delivery fee and then tipped an additional $5 on top of it when it was only a mile away. Just poor and expensive service all the way around. No reason a single medium pizza should cost $50."
"Love the chicken Cesar salad! Only thing I would change is just a bit more chicken for the size of salad that I ordered it was a little sparse. Pizza is always great as well ❤️"
