"i always come here and usually i have no problems but today i got a big mac with no lettuce and they also forgot that second hamburger patty. not even mad because they’re always busy at lunch time but found it funny that it happened. i always just order curbside before i go to work and jackie is the nicest person ever!! she always has a smile on her face no matter how visibly busy the restaurant is, she’s the best"
"We usually go to Schererville or Dyer McDonald's because it's closer to where we live but we were visiting St John's Library for an event and we had lunch here (it was free fries for National Fry Day) and it was great. Service was very fast, food hot, milkshake perfect and the staff was very nice and accommodating with any request. Will definitely return again!"
"Found hard plastic in happy meal! Thank goodness our 4 year old noticed it before he put fries in his mouth! Called the store to give them a heads up to be more cautious. I was offered a free happy meal, when I told her manager I wasn’t calling for a free meal and rather just wanted to let them know so they could be more cautious, she responded with “well sorry about that” (with an attitude) then hung up on me!!! She was so rude and added no commentary about concern."
