"Jane is amazing. My hands come out looking and feeling perfect everytime. I get the shellac service. I'm a massage therapist and I am rough on my hands. It never cracks or chips, which is perfect for me. I see jane every 2 weeks and it lasts. It would last much longer if I didnt have to keep my nails so short. I highly recommend this place for its atmosphere and jane for her skill. Dont forget to make an appointment!"
"So, I called and tried to schedule a full leg waxing on Wednesday afternoon, and I wanted to know if there were any openings for this treatment on Thursday or Friday of this week. I knew it was a long shot, but the worst that would happen is they'd say they were sorry and I'd have to look elsewhere. Well, it is now Friday evening, and despite the lady on the phone taking my name and phone number, I never received a call back. Again, if the answer had simply been "No, there are no available appointments for those days," I would have been perfectly okay with that response. 48+ hours with no response is just plain rude."
