"Very displeased. I called and scheduled a package- pedicure (in place of manicure), facial, massage, and I asked if I could add on a facial wax, as I’d seen on their website, to which they said yes. With my pedicure, the massage chair was broken; there was another chair available, but apparently the jets in its foot bath were broken. After the pedicure they move me to another room for my facial. I asked if I could have my waxing done first, but apparently they don’t offer this service anymore (even though- as they noted- it is on their online menu). Not to mention, the woman that I spoke with over the phone about the face wax denied me even asking for it. So after the facial, I asked if the massage was next? Apparently their massage person had called in sick that morning- so no massage either. And the cherry on top- I asked if they’d still be charging me for the full package; they said no, but instead of charging me for half the price of the package, they charged me for the two services that I received- which cost about the same as the entire package!"

The owner has fabulous taste. The best hairdresser is Sweet, Sensational Silvia. She has many years of experience. She is very patient, kind and will work with you. If you want your hair styled for an important event…ask for Debbie (see the pictures of the recent hairstyle that she did for me).
