"I suppose I had to give one star. Amy colored and cut my hair a few weeks ago. Or actually, I should say Heather did all the work. Heather was very sweet. Amy was overbooked and rushed. I had my roots touched up and now they are a reddish color - wanted blonde. They put a “glaze” on to help with the color because Amy took a quick peek and wasn’t happy. Not my fault. I was there for 2 hours and charged over $230! One side of my hair is MUCH shorter than other side. They offered to “fix” it when I called the next day. I didn’t want to go shorter to fix the mess. Heather called me - not Amy. I guess she’s too busy. I felt I should have received a refund of some sort. Needless to say, I canceled an upcoming appointment with Amy."
