She came by for her appointment last Friday and was told the person she had the appointment with, Lorri White, was not there so she had to reschedule. We didn't get any phone calls or notifications that her appointment was cancelled. I bought a service from this salon on Groupon, after this we will not be back. A business that is not considerate of their customer's time is a business that's not worth my time."

They make it known that they can do traditional/conservative styles and services OR if you like the super trendy styles, they clearly have that capability too.
