"Final update: The owner did reach out to us personally and we have come to a resolution. While I feel like this could have been handled better and more amicably, I also want to recognize that the owners reached back out to make it right. Original Review: We purchased prepaid, group packages for red light therapy and their sauna. The services and facilities are clean and organized. Why the one-star review? Customer service goes a long way. The staff consistently got our balances incorrect visit after visit which took time to sort out each visit. Then, we received notice that our packages would expire after one year which was not mentioned to us when we bought them. And, the notice was only three months to the expiration date. Three months went by and we had not used all of our pre-paid visits. After trying to kindly speak to the owners to see if a compromise could be made, the operating manager was very rude to my husband and me both on the phone and via email. Instead of working with us, she just rudely dismissed any conversation about finding a resolution. Repeatedly and unkindly, she said, "It's not our fault that you didn't pay attention." I'm surprised that the owners would let an employee offer such poor customer service. It's sad that a business that offers great services can be totally ruined by such a bad experience. We will be looking elsewhere. Edit to the reply: We never received one phone call from Purify U to us to let us know that our package would be expiring. We received the first email in Feb that our package would be expiring in May. We also did not ask to extend our pre-paid package. We simply asked if we could come to a compromise, so we didn't lose the money paid ahead of time. We purchased the package in May and it expired in May."
