"When I went to drop off my prescription to be filled at 3 pm one day last week, I was told that they weren’t accepting any more prescriptions for the day. I’d need to bring it back the next day. What? I’ve had problem after problem with them not having or forgetting to order my medicine but I thought this one takes the cake."

"Overall, the atmosphere was okay. I went inside at about 6 pm after a doctors visit to get a vital prescription filled. Holding my prescription in hand, I asked the present pharmacist if I could get my prescription filled, he simply said “we’re too busy today, man”. I won’t be returning to this location, as they were not able to fill my important prescription during business hours because they were “too busy”. I recommend a different location if you are looking to use the pharmacy."

"I’ve been taking two medicines for the past four years. As we all know meditations can be used for several issues. I submitted my refills because I NEED MY MEDICINE. I received a call from a pharmacist who wouldn’t identify himself but he DID say he’s only been at the Veterans location for only two weeks. He goes on to tell me I can’t get the the medications because they’re for the “same thing.” I then asked was this coming from the insurance company or what. He says no I had to wait until Monday so he can contact my doctor to see which one they want me to take. My doctor prescribed BOTH meds, they want me taking both. He got upset because I told him to fill my prescriptions because I need them. We went back and forth to the point I got upset and CUSSED HIM. He hung up and I called him back. I explained to him that since he’s only been there two weeks he needed to question his colleagues instead of me (Ive been getting them filled there for four years) and that I need my medicine. He literally tells me “You don’t tell the pharmacist to just fill your prescriptions!” That’s your JOB! I take both medications because I need them both. If these were two medicines I was prescribed and I didn’t have a clue as to what was going on with my body and my health then I would have been fine with his call. But John (I think that’s his name) is rude as hell, not professional at all and I will not let this go. I will be filling a complaint with the proper offices."

"Great service here, come to this location all of the time. But the cashier tonight would not let us purchase wine at 12:04am… even though the state allows for alcohol to be sold before 2am Sunday morning. We just went to purchase it from a different store ."
