"The manager cussed at a customer while I was there and was very awful to her. She was nice the whole time and the manager just escalated with racist and cursing remarks. I will never shop there again. NO STARS HERE."

"Visit 1/06/23, spent $45+, ask for l&m cigs, cashier rang up Marlboro, even tho I was telling him l&m, he tells me total, I said no you rang up wrong cigs, he grabs the right cigs and pretends to ring up, and push buttons, tells me Total again, I pay, and see the Marlboro still on receipt, I told him to fix it, his mgr comes saying can't do exchanges, I said not an exchange , he charged me for the wrong cigs, she says there's nothing I can do about it , I said you charged me for expensive cigs!! And it's not what I asked for, she says can't do nothing about it! So I said okay then give me the ones I paid for she refused, and said I needed to calm down! And again said look there's nothing I can do, and nothing I'm gonna do so, I told her I worked at DG for 12 years I knew better, she says you need to chill you don't work here now, and I'm done with this!! I have complained to corporate and every number I could find and still nothing has been done"

"I would not have given this one star but only option. I was in store at10:00 am this morning and witnessed a customer being verbally assaulted by an employeee over absolutely nothing. The employee said she was assistant manager and would NOT give her name. She was very very rude and to the point of being obnoxious. I was very embarrasssed for the other customer. There was no reason for this employee to attack this customer. I will NEVER go back in this store and I am going to spread the word to any one that will listen not to go there."

"I’ve had a very bad experience with dollar general store#1558 on 7/22/22. The cashier was very rude and very disrespectful. The shelves was empty the cash register wasn’t working properly and y’all charged to get cash back I never heard of that before I was trying to use my card I had swap my card like 5 times and It wouldn’t go through then cashier snitch my card out of my hand and tried to swap it again then I said no I’ll just leave and I what I don’t understand why some of the dollar general that’s in the better neighborhood are fully stock and clean and the other dollar general that are in other neighborhoods are never clean and never stocked"
