"As I sit here in an ER waiting room with my 77 year old sick mother, the amount of time to be moved into the room was over 4 hours (and I’m being generous with that number). Now that we are in a room…it’s been an hour since last seen by anyone, and her respiratory response has elevated many times out of normal range. No help. No word of test results taken hours ago. To top it off, the restroom smells like feces and urine is all over. This has turned into Cattle Herding, and it is beyond me how human beings are treated this way. If any other medical facility was any better, we would be there but, unfortunately, they too, are just as bad. Makes my heart hurt for those that are sick, those that are caring for the sick, and for employees who deserve better conditions."

"Currently waiting here now. My son has an emergency (a trauma injury) and we have been here for now 4 hours in the waiting room. Another person just asked a nurse how long it would be because he’s been here in pain for 5 hours. The nurse literally told him I’m busy working with someone and we will get to you. This place is seriously either understaffed or not properly equipped. For a child to sit and wait 4 hours ( and we are still waiting) in pain and hurting is unacceptable. What is the point of an emergency room if they do not help people who need it?"

"This is the worse hospital I have ever visited. Everyone was very rude and unprofessional. I never even made it to receiving care because the triage nurse was an absolute nightmare. I went in for chest pain and was told I was wasting my time just to be sent home. I felt bullied into leaving and cried the whole way home. Will never return to this hospital. I’d drive an hour out of town before setting foot in Providence ever again."

"Every step of care I received was of the highest standards. Also there was never a moment where I was treated as an inconvenience or a problem. Even though my IV monitor had a grievance with me and alarmed every hour, or so it seemed. The nurses never acted imposed upon. The food was tasty, once I was allowed real food. When my body betrays me and I need extended medical help to make it behave, I will choose Providence. A place I trust with my life."

"It was my worst experience in medical and healthcare facility when to emergency room 09/07/23 and worst services. The hospital is dirty. The room was super dirty. The floors and bathroom. The person who checked you when you arrived did not pay attention to me at all. It lasted 5 minutes. Stand front her before ask what I need even that I arrive with height blood pressure that don’t dare The nurse was very inhuman worst service form everyone was the nurses . I never saw her again. As it was since they entered my room and took the laboratory samples, left everything lying around, the needles, gauze, tape and garbage on the counter, stained the sheet when taking my blood and I didn't change it. I was cold asked for blanker and stockings, never bring it ignored me the doctor don’t touch me even to examine just ask what make me come and say will ask to do labs He didn't care also what I told him, or how was feeling just offer something to calms the pain I stayed for hour without a response from anyone and then he sent me home just to say call primary doctor. The Worst service ever .. ."
