"Dr. Josh and all the ladies that work with him are great! The thing I like best is how punctual they are with my appointment time. I rarely if ever have to wait in the waiting room. If I do, they always let me know how long I can expect that wait to be and it is never more than 15 minutes. I love that they call me personally to remind me of my appointments, they don’t use computers or automated messages. They call me. Dr. Josh loves to talk to his patients. He never makes me feel rushed and he is very informative."
"I was so excited about having a new dental office in our area, but that has quickly changed. So, I placed a call there to schedule a new evaluation, but the lady that answered the phone was everything but pleasant. I stated that I wanted to schedule an appointment, she then gave me the longest pause, then asked me to hold because she had to find the paperwork?? She returned the our call then states that their schedule is quite full for a while and if anyone canceled their appointment they would call me???. I mean what happened to the paperwork and why were there not other future appointment dates offered. I work in the medical field and our schedule is open throughout this year as well as next year. Seems to be a little sketchy for the minority. Would not recommend."
