"I went here at this office on a saturday 2/17/2024 I had a severely infected abscess in my gums, and needed to be drained. They asked for if i have any insurance to help pay and i don’t have any at the moment but the pain was unbearable.. So i proceeded to tell her That we will continue with no insurance. She proceeds to write on the Payment Fees paper “No Ins” I was Ignored about any pain during my procedure.. After the shots to my upper lips i tell the man and i wish i knew his name so he will hopefully read this one day. “Please wait for the numbing shots to kick in” I said this because he was getting ready to jab a numbing shot straight through the roof of my mouth straight into the abscess, i am and in complete and utter shock on how the staff treated me. He kept telling me to bear with me as i screamed in pain. After we were done, they walked off without saying anything as i was crying and shaking from the pain… They didn’t care they came back a few minutes later and i decided maybe that was enough time for the numbing to kick in.. I was completely wrong. He sliced my abscess open and proceeded to drain this wasn’t bad as i didn’t feel anything until he stuck his entire hand in my mouth and force the gunk out then proceeded to scoop whatever was in that area. This is when unimaginable pain came into part. He forcefully seemed to push against the area in my upper jaw and in the roots of teeth so hard and puncture way past that area.. the best i can describe was like a pencil being pressed against paper and broke through. He froze and stared at his dental assistant and hurried to cover up all the blood. I was in the most agony of my entire life. I kept telling them to stop and he said “Bare with me buddy” I thought i was being too much but i couldn’t take it until the dental assistant put the sucking tube inside of the incision on the roof of mouth, The pain was so great it was like going outside and feeling the sun rays and how warm it is, but switch that with pain. I finally pushed him away and said come back in 10 days for a check up and slammed his equipment to the table sink.. I curled up into a ball and bled all over myself as they didn’t apply any gauze to the roof of my mouth i bled on the floor to the lobby and to my car in shock from the pain they inflicted on to me there were no morals and no compassion. I hope someone can share my story about this place and how they treat young men such as myself I am currently serving the united states of america and was absolutely shocked about how Northcutt dental treated me. I have had to take time not only to heal physically but also heal mentally from this absolute abuse towards me as us army soldier."
"Dr clay always takes good care of me and it would seems his partner is just as good. Dr Waylon was also patient, explained everything and even joked and laughed at my stupid joke. Most importantly they take my concerns seriously and explain every step of the way. Yall break my bank everytime I see yall but at least the work is great and then some. Thank yall for actually caring about what it is you do!!!"
"I've been a patient here for many years but service has progressively gotten worse, although it was never stellar. The reason I finally stopped is because of repeated failure to fix their own mistakes, and now I've got what I fear may possibly be permanent tooth pain."
"Not happy with how I have been treated here lately. Me and my wife have been going here for a while and always had a good experience, but last couple of appointments we felt like they could care less about our needs. I recently had to have my front tooth pulled and had to get a retainer till my implant is ready well today I had to get a new retainer cause mine had broke cause it didn't fit well and they are not cheap and I had to pay for the next one and when they brought it it ha a crack in it so I asked for another one cause they are not cheap and I didn't want it to break on me and they just told me na it will be fine, we'll if it breaks I gotta pay for it so insisted I get another one and you could tell they was not happy so they took there dear time making it. So now i am really considering going somewhere else from here on out and letting someone else do my implant"
