"I lost a cap on Thursday, prior to the New Year holiday. I called and got the answer service. I was told the office was open. I called again and again got the answer service. I went to the office and it was closed. I called again and the answer service told me they had no one on call for emergencies. New Year’s Day was on Monday and I had to wait through the Holiday weekend to see the dentist. I am thankful there was no pain. I saw the dentist the Following Wednesday. The doctor and staff were pleasant as always. I do feel there should be someone on call for emergencies. On my next visit to have my teeth cleaned. As usual the doctor and staff were so good to me. Dr. Eastburn apologize for the miss information given to me by the answer service. He indeed was on call and was very disappointed of the way I was miss informed. He and his staff have always been good to me and I will continue to use their services. I have no desire to use another dentist. I thank them for their service."
