"Best experience at a Red Wing ever. I was welcomed right away and quickly showed me some boots. They didn't have the size in the style I wanted but offered to ship them to me (I don't live nearby). I had an issue with my work supplied voucher, and they hung into it and ended up getting it all going before I had a chance to check on it later in the week. By the time I got home that week I had the new pair of boots waiting for me. How awesome. Thank you so much!"

"Stopped in after work needing a new pair of safety toe boots. Cliff hooked me UP with a pair of Irish Setter boots I absolutely love. He spent about 20 minutes with me and we went through the whole sizing process. Super nice guy, clearly knows his stuff, and represented the store well. On top of all that, these are far and away the most comfortable boots I've ever had!"
"When I went in, I had to wait about 25 minutes to see the sales rep as he was with another customer. However, once I did, he did a great job of helping me explore finding the right boot for me at the right size. Boot I ended up with felt fantastic, very happy with the experience"
"Boooo. This store is offering like 5% of red wing options. Guy working was rude and ignorant about the boots sold by red wing. Stated they only sell work boots and steel toe. Iron ranger is a big seller, not a steel toe, not sold here. I'd give 1 star but they did have boots."
