"I love this Sportclip’s and the Location.I wish I could give more stars. My son and husband both come to this location to get a Haircut and alway walk out looking handsome. When it is busy the ladies alway inform us with the wait time. Walking in or checking in online is always easy. I wish I could tell all of the ladies that they are Phenomenal. Thank you"

"I asked for a fade- which was just taking my existing haircut/structure and making it shorter. Instead she proceeded to cut the left side of my hair all the same length all the way up, making it round instead of square. Disappointing that someone who cuts men’s hair can’t do a fade. When I was leaving- two guys walked in and one of the staff told them they were on a 35 minute wait because there were 3 online check ins who had not arrived yet. The place was empty. Will not go back to this location."

"Terrible experience here with Shaun (woman with green braids). She aggressively cut my hair the whole time and cut my neck way too hard, but still managed to leave behind short hairs. My neck felt scratched and burned at my hairline, and you can see how red it is an hour afterwards in the attached photo. She also did not remove the paper around my neck to properly trim my neck. She asked if she cut my hair short enough afterwards. When I asked her to take more off the top, she then told me that it was short enough. She didn’t offer me the MVP, and I left covered in hair. She and the other barber also made fun of another customer that just left while I was getting my hair cut. 0/10, would not recommend. Review written on 3/5/23"

"Alexis was very nice. Laid back. Hair cut was rushed though entirely. Maybe 12 minutes… Got the MVP treatment and the hot towel was maybe 1 minute. “Massage” wasn’t a massage, more like a light tap. I get that when it’s raining and slow you don’t want to be there but that’s part of business and all. It really felt like i was there for a shampoo and rinse and that’s all. Won’t be back here unless it’s changed."

"Got my hair cut yesterday because I needed to go out of town and wasn't prepared to. Been going to many Sport Clips since moving to Alabama (7 years), just depends on which one I'm closer to when I need my haircut. This is what I got. After the wash and product I had no idea until this morning. I had half of the length on top taken off because I had been growing it out to get it where I needed it. Highly disappointed. I am now in Florida and will be going to a different one to get it fixed. Money isn't the problem but paying for two haircuts in two days is."
