"Place very hard to find if first time. They have moved a couple of buildings over. New name not on new building. After finding building it was a very friendly and hospitable experience. They did a great job."

"As others have posted very poor office management and risk of not getting treatment so I highly recommend you choose a different office if you are in a great deal of pain or concern for infection. I saw the endodontist and was told I had a pretty bad abscess that needed a root canal but it would be two weeks before they could get me in. I talk to them four days before to confirm the appointment which was confirmed. The day before the appointment I was at work, critical care ICU, where I can not answer my phone. I talked to them once quickly and said yes I would be there but could not talk. They then proceeded to call three more times leaving voicemail and in the last call because I did not pick up the phone and call them back they were canceling my appointment. I can not express how angry I was mostly because of the pain I have been in now for three weeks. I actually broke down crying. To be specific Melissa has to be the worst office staff employee- avoid talking to her. In addition this is the only office I’ve ever come across that the day of the appointment you get informed you must have $1000 upfront before getting back to be seen even in my case of having multiple dental insurances."

"Dr. Manalakis and her staff were purely wonderful. I am PETRIFIED of dental work. I had a bad experience once and have evaded necessary dental work. While pregnant, my teeth deteriorated and one broke, causing me to need a root canal. I was in a lot of pain and had no choice but to undergo a root canal WHILE pregnant. I was really nervous because I couldn’t have nitrous gas. Dr. M made SURE I was well numbed and comfortable the whole time. I felt no pain during the procedure. I was in and out in under an hour. Thank you to Dr. Manalakis and her staff!"

"I took my granddaughter here for a root canal. She was told by General Dentist that she needed 2 root canals. We have insurance and returned to the vehicle and said that she needed $1300 dollars. I saw is that for 2 root canals and they said no it is one. I said that I know someone with the same insurance that paid $780 at a well regarded competitor. Since it hurt her and she was home from college I paid and they also filed an insurance claim. We never heard from the claim and found out that they paid Mobile Endodontics and they manufactured other charges to keep most of the insurance money they were sent. If anyone regards this as good business they are gullible. Thesis people play the game and they surest are money oriented. Good luck if you go here⚠️"
