"I just want to say, I just had the most pleasant experience over the phone with the receptionist. This was the most incredible definition of customer service I've experienced in a VERY LONG time. If I could have given this lady an award right then for having the best disposition that a representative could have for a company, she would have earned it. She truly was thoughtful, considerate, pleasant, professional, and whatever kind word I could give her. I was truly amazed and I haven't even visited the place yet. But, I had to just praise this receptionist because she was outstanding. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but it was around 3:20pm when I called, so I hope her staff see this and see how valuable she is."
