"I got to know Jenn from her previous haircut business in Pelham and followed her to her new business at Hoover. I never had a better haircut anywhere before. Right from the time of arrival I know that I am in good hands and do not have the stress I usually have with other hair stylists. Since I am a educator standing in front of adult students I have to be careful of how I present myself in the classroom and Jenn has immensely helped me in doing that effectively. I have received many times appreciative comments about my hair from others (never had that before!). Upon arrival Jenn makes me comfortable by asking about my family and wellbeing since she now knows my family members who wouldn't go anywhere other than to her. She then knows exactly what I need (usually a 1 or 2 fade), finishes up with a scissor cut, and asks if I need a beard spruce up and eye brow trim followed by a routine hair wash. The hot towel hair wash is hard to resist and is very relaxing! After all is done I emerge as a new man ready to tackle the world : ) I love Jenn's cuts and would strongly recommend her salon to anyone needing an honest, no nonsense, excellent, traditional mixed with contemporary haircut in a neat and clean environment. ~ R.
