"Definitely deserves less than one star . As a customer you should not have to argue with a tech about basic things such as making sure the whole nail is covered in acrylic. The nail tech was rude and unprofessional. I shouldn’t have to fix my nails after paying a professional to do them . Now I have to go to another nail salon and pay them to do my nails correctly. A nail salon is supposed to be a pampered experience not a dreadful one . Was not offered a beverage and they were not busy . Im also pretty sure they charged me extra even though I didn’t get any polish .The tech already did a poor job and I wasn’t going to take a chance on him polishing them . Save your time and money .Extremely poor customer service skills ."

"Found a new nail place! I tried Euphoria out today after having a couple of not great experiences at my usual place. Well, I absolutely loved it. Was able to go online and make an appointment and the staff was very friendly and attentive when I arrived. I had to wait a few minutes because they were so busy but they got to me as quickly as possible. Darren did my nails and he did a fantastic job. Especially since my nails are so short and I requested black polish. I will definitely continue to go to Euphoria and am so glad they’re in my neighborhood!"

"I have to make a shoutout to the owners of Euphoria Nail Bar. Very big congratulations on opening your own location! They are the sweetest people ever. The location is super cute and clean and the perdicure chairs are extra comfy! I have been with them for about 4 years in two other locations. We have celebrated the birth of their kids,birthdays,and holidays during my services. I tell my tech turned owner that I would follow her wherever she goes. . Im not a tough customer just always undecided or have some crazy nail idea and I always walk away satisfied. Anyway I couldn’t be happier or more proud of how they have grown! "I have been to many nail salons in the area and this one is by far my most favorite. Wendy did a beautiful thin white tip dip on my nails. She is very detail oriented and takes her time. I did not feel rushed or uncared for. Salon is very very clean and elegant inside. I feel that the pricing is average to other salons, however you definitely get your moneys worth here! I definitely will be coming here from now on! Highly recommend!"
