"My first time using The Nail Place was a very pleasant experience! Hannah was so warm and inviting. My experience at some nail establishments are not pleasant at all. That was the first thing I noticed here how they invited me in and made me feel comfortable. The soothing music was so calming and as it played everyone receiving service was just sitting quiet and/or had their eyes closed as if they were in a spa. An older gentleman named Tony did the polish change on my toes and it was nice. He repaired a broken big toenail with acrylic for me. Then Kevin did my nails. At other places I’m used to having my dip powder soaked off each time with tips on and charged for the soak off but Kevin filed all the powder off and kept the tips on giving my real nail time to grow out. The other places will soak the nail and tip off and charge you for a new set of tips & the soak off each time. I will definitely be coming back because they do what’s best for the customer here! Kevin did an amazing job on my nails! It was almost like a machine did them. The shape was on point! No lumps, no bumps, all smooth! I can’t stop looking at my nails and not to mention the compliments I got on them this week!"
