"Tae did a wonderful job on my husband’s haircut! He has had different stylists cut his hair and generally always has a good experience. Tae took her time to give him what he wanted. Blended everything nicely. Very friendly and listened to what he wanted. Would recommend!"
"We have visited a few GC locations but today my son got a truly great haircut. First time his neck wasn’t bleeding and he even got up and said that it didn’t hurt. JB was gentle and sweet, she wasn’t rushing, and she would clean her clippers when she was done. Truly professional. We are happy with the service we received and will come back."
"Never again. I've been here twice for a men's haircut, and the first time I went I got a decent cut. But the second time, Taylor gave me the worst haircut I've probably ever had. She simply didn't know what she was doing, and I had to go somewhere else the next day to get it fixed. The low price is NOT worth the risk of drawing an unqualified stylist."
"I had a bad experience in this place, I do not recommend it nor will I return, the girl who took care of my son had no patience, she does not know how to deal with children, some children cry when their hair is cut, not all of them are calm but she started to get stressed She was also almost crying saying that she couldn't cut the boy's hair because his crying offended her. In the end she left my son half cut, she treated him badly and she kicked me out of the salon. I'm not a person of conflict, so I didn't want to exchange words with him. her, but they should have friendlier staff who have patience with children, or better not offer service for children, because from the reception, there is poor attention, apparently they select their clients and treat others badly, they are discriminating. This was in Hoover's living room."
"It had been many years since I visited a Great Clips but my phone number produced my last haircut and despite the fact that I must have been quite a bit younger asked for that haircut again. The hairstylist was confident, experienced, and friendly without being chatty. I left happy."
