"Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received. Purchased the membership, I was extremely comfortable with the tech (Clair)on the first 2 visits she was great. Each time I booked online with Clair following that I was swapped to a different tech without notification or the option to cancel my appointment. I stopped the tech mid way through and didn't finish the sugar service. Complained to them that I was swapped to a different tech and not notified. On both occasions. When I tried to cancel my membership, I was told ( manager Alexia) I could not cancel because I was dissatisfied with their customer service, only because I was moving to a new location or a doctors note. I have to continue to pay 6 months of membership when they kept screwing up. Will never use again."
"I had Briyhana for my first ever sugar waxing and it was AMAZING!!! She was so sweet and very good at distracting me from the sugaring process lol! It was my very first time ever getting this service and it was not as nearly as horrible as I thought it would be! She’s very gentle, and very caring on whether or not if you’re comfortable. If I could rate her 10 stars I would! She made me feel very comfortable and made me feel as if I was talking to a friend. I definitely recommend her to anyone!"

"I mistakenly booked at this location instead of my usual spot in Mountain Brook. My waxer was Claire - she was 15/10 & had the most welcoming personality! Claire is a natural at making others feel comfortable. I always loved L.A Bikini, now I always try to go to this location & book with Claire. Se also used warmer wax that made the application of the wax more bearable, no exaggeration. She was great"
