"I’ve gone here for years and never had any problems until today the lady completely ignored me when I said I wanted my eyebrows threaded and waxed them my skin gets extremely irritated with wax and she didn’t even say anything before just putting the wax on on top of that she left a gap in my eyebrow where she got the wax stuck I’m so disappointed because I’ve never had a bad experience here but this is ridiculous being ignored on top of her messing up my eyebrows"
