"I truly believe the other "reviews" must have been paid. My appointment was at 3. I did not get back in until 3:45... then the doctor idk what his name is. He never introduced himself. I have looked at the website for it and can not find the doctors name. Probably for good reason. He was extremely rushed ruff and unprofessional in every way. He spent more time texting than working. His said I'll give that 5 minutes and came back 20 minutes later. I did not get out until 5. As someone who comes to the dentist regularly, this was the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. He kept hurting me, I let him know, he was unapologetic. Just dismissed my pain. So if you haven't been the dentist in a while... look elsewhere. But that is not the nest part. Not even 20 minutes after I left. My filling was crumbling out of my tooth. I take very good care of my teeth. I have not had a cavity in 10+ years. I wish now that I would have gone to get a second opinion. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Go somewhere else."

"Went in as a walk-in ! Was explained to that my wait time will be based on them seeing their patients with an appointment first! I arrived at the time of opening! Was seen within 1 hour from signing in ! Excellent wait time for walk-in appointment, Excellent and caring staff! Excellent doctor! The sneery and conformability was superb ! I just love ❤️ the doctor service dog that he has there ! If I could have taken her / the service dog home with me I would have! Downtown Dental and Vision is and will be for me !!!!"
