"Today was very unprofessional I wish I knew how to get to the head office over Franklin it took forever just to send a referral over and the person who answer the phone for making appointments hung the phone up in my face they kept giving me and the lady a run around just to send a referral and the referral department was there at there desk but just kept sending me to voice mail this is very unprofessional."

"front desk ladies were very rude. i tried this hospital despite the negative reviews and the doctors and nurses are fantastic but the front desk attendants should be working at a gas station instead or something, not getting paid to sit at the desk and complain about spending two minutes to check in a patient. also they take random 1 hour and a half lunch breaks in the middle of their day that’s not listed on their hours. i got a tb test done and every time i came, they were closed and it ended up being too late to read it. just go somewhere else for better professionalism and a quicker experience. they also had a security guard sitting in the lobby which is a red flag, i have never seen that before at any doctor office"

"The receptionists they have there now are VERY, VERY rude, very snappy and short with me when I asked them something. That profession is the wrong profession for them because they're constantly coming in contact with people. And if they didn't want to come to work today, they shouldn't have, but I didn't think sitting at a desk was so tedious. They're talking about people's personal business, which is fine, but when a patient comes to the counter, their attention needs to be on the patient. I live literally 2 minutes away from this location but I'll go to one of the other locations to receive better hospitality."
