"We were referred to this office for my daughter’s tongue tie to be done. The staff was amazing. 5 stars to them. The doctor on the other hand. She told me how the procedure was gonna be done. I told her I was aware because my son had it done at another office and I was okay with being in the room. She said it was okay then in the same sentence made me go to the waiting room. After telling her and the nurses I was perfectly fine to sit in the room for the procedure. I was never given any follow up instructions or told if there was anything I could give my daughter for pain afterwards. All they cared about was making sure she’d latch."
"Dr. Baldy and her staff are very compassionate. My son Ray-Ray whom is mentally delayed, he’s terrified of a dentist however since we’ve been coming to Dr. Baldy he’s no longer terrified. Her and her staff make him feel safe. She talks to him and shows how much she cares. I would recommend her to anyone."
