"The flooring I received was beautiful! The service on the other hand was not. I ordered flooring for a rental property that had a plumbing issue. I called the week that my flooring was supposed to be delivered and Debra advised me that she never submitted my order. So there was no flooring to be delivered. I had to reschedule my contractors without even an apology from her. THEN it took me close to 2 months of calling her to get my receipt emailed before she told me she couldn't find it and would have to make me another receipt. She never called me back as promised for updates. I've worked in customer service for over 10 years so I can confidently say that her service was terrible."
