"Four years ago when I purchased my home I did some remodeling and bought an oven and a warming drawer from Ferguson. I worked with Kelly. Since then, my dishwasher broke and is irreparable so I went to Google maps to find out Ferguson’s hours, the hours were not listed. It showed the address that I was familiar with from my trip there four years ago so I called to find out the hours. I was shocked at how rude the receptionist was on the phone. She said they had normal business hours, I said well they’re not listed on Google maps so what are your business hours and she said 8 to 5 and hung up. For some reason I still decided to go look at dishwashers there. When I got to the location listed on Google, they were no longer there, they had moved 3 1/2 miles down the road. When I got to that location I could not get anybody to help me. I had called ahead and asked to schedule an appointment (online that’s what it says to do) but I was told, “no just come in it’s a walk-in basis”. I walked in alright, into THE WORST customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I try to support small businesses owned and operated by locals but this experience was not a pleasant one. Kelly who helped me four years is who I initially spoke with but she said she had to finish something up on her computer first. Then someone else came in and she helped them instead!? Perhaps it was because I had on a T-shirt, leggings, tennis shoes and a baseball cap? What a disappointment! Some other employee was at their desk so I asked her some questions which she couldn’t answer. Clearly she was new. I thanked her and walked out. I will not be back and they don’t deserve the one star."
