"I've had a couple of bad encounters with this location about them not honoring their side of the deal for parts thats under warranty and terrible customer service where the manager has an unprofessional attitude. I literally had to go to another location, explained the same situation, looked up and found in the system and was helped fashionably without any issues. Any other location in Tuscaloosa is better than this location."
