"They were great- friendly and easy going vibe. They were quick to see me and they kept me informded of my dental health and my options. I still cant afford the important procedures -and that's with dental insurance! But that is true most anywhere so I guess I can't count it."

"I very disappointed in this place!! I waited an hour an half, get back there and the Dr says to me that if I was here on time maybe something could have been done. I was there 10 mins early so my hour an half is on your office staff. Then on top of it some of the workers were more worried about what they had planned than treating my problem!! I will never be back and I will never recommend them ever again. It was a total waste of time!!! Oh and by the way the one star is for the hygienist can't remember her name but she was the most concerned. The office manager was more concerned about payment and blaming the problem on the computer. No it was your staff talking and not doing their jobs!!"

"The don't deserve the one star . I had an appointment at 2 for crowns, a gentleman walked in after me with the same appointment time. Then a female walked in after me. They were both called to the back before me. I asked the receptionist why and was told that they went back before me because they were new patients. This excuse was a complete lie. I sat in the waiting area for an hour and I was the only one in the waiting room. When I finally make it to the back it took 2 hours to put on one crown and then I was told I would have to come back in a week to get my other crown. So when I come back I was told to meet with the office manager to discuss other procedures that I needed to have done . I met with the office manager but instead of discussing future work on my teeth she preceded to tell me that I was rude to her receptionist. I tried to explain what this receptionist told me but I was cut off and told that I was lying. I will never go to this piss poor business again but I will be getting an attorney. This was discrimination at its finest. I will be calling corporate and report this incident."

"From the time I walk in the door until we left. Everyone was very nice and professional. I explained to the 1st Lady that my sister had dementia and may need my assistance. They whole staff made sure she was comfortable and give her extra assistance. The only name I remember was the dental hygienic Danielle did a wonderful job on cleaning my teeth and explaining what she was going to do and my prevention plan. The office manager who was from Birmingham was helping in explaining my bill and offering assistance. There was also another lady in the back who made sure my sister was taken care of and that I knew what was going on with her. I will be recommending them to other. And thanking my friend for recommending them."

"Updated to 4 stars just for effort and good business practices and kindness increasing. Could be five-star experience, but had to wait 1.5 hours beyond first appointment time! There is some decency and professionalism here; facility is new & pleasant, but a ways to go to earn more stars. update: new female dentists are real pros. The woman at the front desk is fantastic, the technicians seem good. Overall quite lacking in expressing care and concern for comfort and convenience. Update: improving on this a little bc of the new female dentists. on first visit, The dentist did not introduce herself; and was not the dentist posted on the wall in waiting area; and she did not connect with patient, was rushed. Update: they’re connecting more. Had seen they were not taking care with an elderly woman in stand-up x-ray and you could tell senior citizen had never done that before. They don’t have blankets for the 55 or 60 degree temp inside. There are small tv screens attached to the exam chairs right in your face that have weird programs running on them that they don’t offer to adjust to your liking. Maybe great for kids or people who need distraction (if they can choose programming). They schedule appointments with only one or two days notice. Update: they’re allowing appointments to be scheduled further out, but then repeating attempts to contact to confirm after already confirmed. Seem a bit disorganized. Update: more staff in office, should help. Turns out Aspen is out of Network for Humana (and most insurance?) The receptionist stated this; but the next person did not, and acted like it was being covered by insurance. Found out later $1100 for dentures is not what would have been the cost at an in-network dentist. Perhaps it is their way, let you down up front, make you wait, so you will be elated when they flip flop and give you good news and say, oh, sorry, that was wrong and I knew more about how to do it. Idk! We were already into the process and stayed with it. But if I had known more, I would have chosen IN NETWORK only. My mistake. I wish they would have just explained over the phone when presented with exact insurance plan and been honest about whether they accept it. If you need to go here, it seems like it is getting better."
