"I went to Franklin Dental just on yesterday December 9th as a walk-in. As I arrived I was shocked how beautiful the facility was. They offer all types of care from medical, vision, lab, x-ray, obgyn, pediatrics, and dental etc. I was greeted by the receptionist with smiles on their faces and they asked me what was my problem. Once they saw I didn't have an appointment they told me to sign in and it was based on my income and all I had to pay was $40.00 to see the Dentist. She also told me that once my income goes in the computer it will calculate my exact total for all my other visits, if needed. Then, she said have a seat and complete the paperwork and return it once completed. I was shocked that the PRICE was based on income. Thats' so AWESOME! The wait wasn't long once I completed the process of a new patient. But what to expect if I had to wait and hour then I would just have cause I didn't have an appointment I just WALKED IN. There was numerous patients being seen and speaking highly of the staff that they made them feel comfortable and the Dentist were AWESOME! So I was calm and not nervous from hearing the positive comments from the people before me. I saw a female dentist they called her Doctor D and boy oh boy how comfortable her and her staff made me feel. I guess you can say I was hurting but some how they put a smile on my face even though I was in pain. I was x-rayed and she looked in my mouth and told me what I needed in detail. Also they answered any questions I had and was very patient with me being nervous. I will return and highly recommend others if you don't have insurance to stop by this facility and see the dentist. Cause a toothache is comfortable it will have you in tears. The staff at this facility is AWESOME & FUN! they made my experience very comfortable!"

"While the staff is friendly, the waiting room is far from it. This office is inside a large complex with other lowcost health forms. Unfortunently, the website for this place is a lie. When you arrive there is a sign plastered on the wall by the Dentist office that states "$40.00" while their website for the complex states "$30.00" w/out insurance. I personally will not recommend this facility to anyone who is actually seeking help that can not afford it. The website lists that Dental walk-in's are at 10, 1, and 3pm. This is a lie. Dental walk-in's dont even get seen until 12:30pm and you have to leave and come back multiple times. Also, when they begin taking walk-in's they only take three, so if you are not back by 1pm or 1:15pm you wont get seen but that's okay because nobody came back when we where there until after 2pm. I sat in agony only to have x-rays taken of my teeth after I was called back and then waited until about 3:45pm to actually see the dentist. Here's the fun part, When the dentist decided to finally show up in my room, she pulled up the x-rays' looked at my teeth personally but then continued to talk to me with her back to me. She informed me I needed a root canal which WAS NOT TRUE AT ALL it was a simple Drill and Fill which later cost me a whopping $192.00 no big deal but still the simple fact that I was given scripts and sent on my way was a load of crap. There was no offer to set up an appointment to clean my teeth, there was no offer to help fix it, just the simple 'Root Canal' ....I wouldnt suggest this place to anyone. The manner of professionalism is highly lacking and makes you feel like you are scum of the earth. Thanks for nothing, Can I have my $40.00 back for wasting my time and forcing me to see another dentist because you where too lazy to help me ? Nobody should be forced to sit in pain for over 4 1/2 hours to see a dentist then brushed off like they are trash. Nor a physician at that."
