"Very dissappointed when having to schedule a new appointment due to a conflict. Never get a call back from hiardresser or the salon when having to cancel for rscheduling. Not good customer service."
"Meh. Just ok. I saw Katie for an all over color. I had some caramel highlights and wanted to go dark brown like my natural hair color. She said she had to color it twice, once to a medium brown, and then another to go dark brown, doubling the cost ($120). The price was outrageous for a simple all over color. We went to the medium brown but it turned out more light brown. She also put a temporary color even though I said I wanted a permanent one. There's an additional $30 charge for blow dry. There are better salons where you won't feel so nickel-and-dimed."
"Love this place!! Everyone is so kind and professional, and they do not charge a fortune like other places in town. I will only go here!! I get my hair cut and colored by Courtney and she is just the best. She’s SO talented at what she does and just overall the sweetest person. She also creates the most welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, which is really important for me! She listens to what I want, while also adding her professional opinion and I never leave disappointed! Would definitely recommend everyone to go here."
"I love Erin! My very first time to see her she gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. As soon as I walked out of the salon a complete stranger stopped me to tell me how much she loved my hair! Wonderful atmosphere and the staff is super friendly!"

This was my first time at this salon and I will definitely be going back. The staff is very welcoming and professional, and the environment is so relaxing! Highly recommend :)"
