"Progressively getting worse. The first visit was great. Second one the girl grinded off my cuticle with the Dremel. Today the dip on both of my thumbs are so thick on the sides they look like alien thumbs. I am going to have to go to another place tomorrow to have it fixed I explained to the lady that the sides were thick and she just made the apex thin :/ which only highlights the issue. Never again."

"This was my first pedicure, and it was great! The technician was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. She also did a great job of explaining what she was doing and how to take care of my feet. I will definitely be going back again in the future!"

"I've been going to pedicures for years and I always feel like I'm getting cared for. My nails are always cut, filed, buffed, and shaped to perfection. The lady who does my hair and nails is professional and doesn't rush through the job. She also gives me a manicure and waxing whenever I want them done!"

"My mom, sisters and myself frequent this place often. From pedicures to dip nails, to acrylics, crimson nails is always my first go to. The staff is always kind and welcoming. I will say sometimes there is a wait, regardless of whether or not you have an appointment, but it’s always worth it. (and you’ll only have to wait if they’re busy) Some of the reviews online say some unkind things about the staff not being kind- but i’ve never found that to be true. They’re always kind, thorough, and willing to help. They do a great job with amazing attention to detail. If you need a new nail place, please try here!! They’re amazing!"

"I must say I had the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Perhaps it’s because I am not a “regular” that I was treated poorly. The “regulars” were offered bottled water, not me. So I asked for one. I was looking for a particular color and asked for help and was told “just pick your color”. The young lady doing my pedi was far too aggressive with the cuticles. And she poked into the side of my nail bed on my big toe to the point I jumped in my chair. She never looked up even after I said, “that hurts, please stop hurting me”. As of today it is still red and swollen. When I went to the manicure station, there was someone else’s nail clippings on the station where I was. Gross. I picked up a piece of the technician's Kleenex or cotton swipe and wiped the larger ones away. Obviously proper hygiene is not a priority. Please see the 2 photos of my left big toe. The 2nd photo is 5 days after the 1st photo. I am going to a dermatologist tomorrow to treat the infection and pray she didn’t give me staphylococcus. I am also calling the State Health Department to report this. On a lighter note, there is a gentleman who works there who seemed very polite and acknowledged me with a smile. But he was the only positive part of my experience. I won’t go back and I definitely do not recommend this nail salon. ***So, you file a concern/complaint with the Board of Cosmetology not the State Health Dept. I am definitely going to do so. I was diagnosed by Dr. Ann Hill (Total Skin & Beauty) with Acute Paronychia and prescribed 2 weeks on Minocycline along with vinegar soaks 3x daily."
