"Hit a deer brought my car to simpson’s . They had it for almost 3 weeks to fix it but when we picked it up there was marks in the very front of the car on the bumper it looked like tape marks or something .We told them about the marks they said ok they take care of it . dont know how they could send a car out without checking it first. So went back 2 weeks later the same marks still there!! Finally a week later picked up car. Would not use them again"

"The work they did was excellent. My car looks like nothing ever happened. There were some delays and I had to call back the last few days before it was ready. I kept hearing “maybe ready tomorrow “ for 3 days. A simple phone call from someone with a realistic explanation of completion would have made my experience much better. Not to mention I had to wait 2 months just to get my car in the shop and then another month for the repairs to be completed. Quality of work A+, communication C"

"We could have not asked for better service than what we received at Simpson’s! Our 19 year old daughter was struck by farm vehicle on her way to work which is over an hour away from Florence. I was at work when this happened , and needless to say a bit shaken that my child had been in an accident , I called Simpson’s because we take out work vehicles there and have always had great service ! When I spoke with Mr Simpson the first thing he said was “ first of all is your daughter ok? “ he then told me that they had no problem going all the way to Moulton where the accident occurred to get her car . After giving all the information I then received a call from the lady that does dispatch for the tow truck and again the first thing she asked was “ is your daughter ok?” before she went on to ask about the location of the car . The fact that they both took time to ask about the condition of my daughter was in my opinion above and beyond professionalism ! The service they provided was exceptional we had not one issue with the repairs or the timing . They kept me informed of the progress and again went above and beyond ! If you want a honest company with excellent customer service I cannot recommend Simpson’s enough !!! A big thank you to Mr. Simpson and all his team !!!"

"ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.. Our car was hit while it was parked in a parking lot and smashed the entire front end. When calling around to look for someone to repair it, Simpsons told us they could have it ready in 2 to 3 weeks. It took them over seven weeks. We had attempted calling during that time to get updates, and we were not having our calls returned. We had to actually call our insurance company to even get an update. Finally, after 7 1/2 weeks, the car was returned to us and seemed to be OK. A month later, parts began to literally fall off! My husband took it in today, and the owner walked out to look at it. Upon walking out, without an inspection, the owner accused, my husband of “hitting a curb” and they weren’t repairing it. they told my husband to leave and never bring the car back ."

"I was very satisfied with the work done on my car. The body work and paint job is excellent. I would refer them to everyone and feel great about it. The customer service was excellent. I even spoke to the owner just an all around great experience. This is the shop of my choice. Great Job guys."
