"Stopped there to exchange a bad battery. It was purchased at another advance auto. They checked the battery and said it needed charging before they could do anything (it’s bad it won’t charge). The manager finally said that the store’s computers do not talk to each other and they condo nothing. We need to take it back to the store we bought it from ( another Advance auto). Bad customer service. Bad attitudes. Good enough reason to use another auto parts chain. Thanks for nothing"
