"I walked in and it smelled like they had just cleaned the place with dirty mop water or wiped the tables with dirty rag water. There were 3 ladies working behind the counter and not a single one greeted me as I stood there at the counter. In fact, they all had unpleasant expressions on their faces like they were having a bad day. These young folks really need to learn how to interact with customers in the service industry. SMH"

"Aug 12 2023 time 11:00am-11:15am 2 weeks ago I order drive through, cashier took my money handed my change, turned around walked over the the line and proceeded to put the sandwich together with out changing gloves, Also today I order drive through, order 2 sandwiches and the girl on the line backs away handles the trash can, slides across the floor then proceeded to make my sandwich with same gloves on, very unsanitary to me. On a tight work schedule for lunch no time to come inside and complain, I tossed sandwiches in trash can. I just couldn't make my self eat after that."
"We ordered three sandwiches to go. Customer service was poor. Asked for ranch on one of the sandwiches got handed half a cup and was charged $0.83 for it. Then got handed the pile of sandwiches and ranch cup with no bag. Just overall not impressed."
"My only issue is getting in and out of the parking lot. The parking lot is basically one-way. You can enter from either side, but you have to use the Stillman Blvd entrance to use the drive-thru. Additionally you can really only exit onto 8th street, and due to its proximity to the highway, it can get backed up and force you to turn right. The drive-thru only has room for about four cars, so it can easily get backed up, but at least it moves pretty fast."
